The lineup for Friday evening's event, Curds and Cocktails, includes Domaine de la Patience Chardonnay Coteaux du Pont du Gard  |  Villa des Anges Rose Pays d’Oc, France  |  Les Darons Languedoc, France. We will also be mixing cocktails with Short Mountain Distillery Moonshine and serving a selection of cider from Wandering Aengus Ciderworks (see below).



We have a special guest producer this year: Wander Aengus Ciderworks from Oregon.
Wandering Aengus Ciderworks presses and blends over 20 cider apple varietals to craft their ciders. The cider specific apples originate from France, England, and pre-prohibition America, but are grown now in Oregon. These heirloom varieties are essential for the depth of flavor, excellent body, and delightnful aromatics of our distinctive ciders. These ciders pair amazingly well with cheeses. We can't wait for Nashville to taste them all!
